Support Information

Sectigo (formerly Comodo) Support Page

Sectigo (formerly Comodo), our partner in the Certificate Service, has a support page that includes chat and ticketing systems, as well as some useful tools.

Tired of Password Resets? Want to Better Secure Your Organization?

Use your home institution credentials! If you have an Identity Provider in the InCommon Federation, you can use single sign-on and multifactor authentication for accessing the Sectigo Certificate Manager. See this wiki page for details.

Password Resets (Forgotten Passwords)

If you are an RAO - Your password expires and needs to be changed every 90 days. The Certificate Manager will let you know when it is time to update. If you are not in the system regularly, we recommend you set a reminder on your calendar every 85 days or so to log in and update your password before it locks you out. If you are an RAO and are locked out or forget your password, e-mail admin@incommon.org for a reset.

If you are a DRAO, please contact one of your organization's RAOs
