Help is available from a variety of venues, including this website and from fellow community members. Here are a few starting points.
Participants Email List - This list provides a place to discuss collaboration and implemetation issues and is for InCommon participants only. To subscribe, send a message to sympa@incommon.org with the following in the body of the message: sub participants FirstName LastName. InCommon maintains a number of other email lists, as well, that you may find useful.
InCommon Collaboration Wiki - This wiki includes technical topics and guides, a place for collaboration groups to work, toolkits and information from InCommon.
Education and Training opportunities - InCommon offers a number of workshops and meetings each year, including sessions aimed at joining InCommon, Shibboleth training workshops, and CAMP meetings (promoting best practices for campus identity systems and education about InCommon and trust federations).
InCommon Affiliates - Affiliates provide software, consulting, and implementation and integration services related to InCommon and to Shibboleth.
Shibboleth Website and Documentation - Shibboleth is the standards-based open source software most commonly used by InCommon participants for single sign-on. The Shibboleth wiki includes documentation (installation and configuration), community resources and developer resources available for the Shib community.
